Priscilla’s passion for health, cooking, fitness, and nutrition has led her to become a Certified Beachbody Coach who has helped clients achieve goals from losing and maintaining weight loss, training for 5K and 10K races, building strong and lean muscles, and transitioning to clean eating lifestyles. Priscilla is the owner of her personal fitness and nutrition coaching company, Healthy Food. Happy Mood.
Priscilla has been actively involved in fitness and nutrition for over 20 years having taught aerobics classes for both adults and children, developing clean eating recipes and nutrition plans, and personally coaching and mentoring numerous clients utilizing Beachbody fitness and nutrition products. Her coaching and accountability methods have had proven success – her clients have in total lost hundreds of pounds and inches, been able to stop taking medications for cholesterol, and are simply living healthier and happier lives.
Priscilla’s philosophy is that taking time for our own health is not selfish. Making the time for proper fitness and nutrition is actually a selfless act that allows us to be better parents, friends, and employees. Putting our own heath first allows us to give more of ourselves to others.
