I've been performing improv comedy for more than a year and have found an amazing creative outlet. During my divorce, when I was depressed and highly stressed, I was guaranteed laughs every week. Improv truly saved me, but it gave me so much more. One thing that has become transforming is the idea that everything in improv comedy is centered around positive and progressive thinking.
